Molecular sieve battery EQUIPMENT COVERS Maximum reduction of partial pressure of water & CO2 in the air in suction way to prevent the condensation and solidification in Cryogenic equipment permitting the continuous working for the production of bone-dry pure Oxygen. The absorbents are the beds of Molecular Sieves, working alternatively in absorption and regeneration. Regeneration will be for the dead absorption phase by means of one part of “waste gas” heated and blowed on the bed in counter current in respect of the process flow, meanwhile for the cooling phase, by means of same “Waste Gas” blowed eventually in equipment. The group will be completed in outlet, with one system of two filters manually interceptable, mounted in parallel (principle reverser) to climinate dust coming from Molecular sieves. Filtration system is supported from the structure of molecular sieve battery. Driers will be supplied complete with the first charge of the molecular sieve. MATERIALS Employed materials have special specifications and only the bottom frame supporting molecular sieve beds will be in Carbon steel. INSTRUMENTATION A panel mounted on the air molecular sieve unit will be complete of the following instrumentations: Pressure & temperature gauges. Lamp indicators for electric heater Push button for heating and cooling Temperature switch for high temperature cooling. Terminal boxes. SPECIFICATIONS OF M.S.
