Product Specification
Cryogenic Vessels are designed for storage and transport of liquid gases at sub-zero temperatures. Manufacturing of such vessels requires special technical know how and sophisticated fabrication techniques. SCS has developed the necessary technology and has been manufacturing these vessels since last seven years.
STRUCTURE :-
Cryogenic Vessel is essentially a double walled cylinderical tank, annular space between inner and outer vessel is filled with an insulating material and evacuated to a high vacuum to achieve minimum evaporation losses.
OPERATION :-
Design of vessels is compact, sturdy and easy to operate. Top end liquid filling, reduces the pressure inside the tank and pressure increases in bottom filling. Pressurising system enables operator to increase the pressure during liquid unloading to tanks or gas line vapourisers. By regulating the opening of both top and bottom filling valves, there is no significant change of pressure during 1iquid delivery. This results in constant liquid supply to vapouriser.
LIQUID GAS :-
VACUUM INSULATED STORAGE & TRANSPORT TANKS. AUTOMA llC COLD CONVERTORS.
CAPABILITY :-
Storage of temperatures upto (-196°C). ranging from 1000 Ltrs. to 20000 Ltrs. with combination of low and high pressure. Cold convertors are used to allow the supply pressure pipe line networks after gasification in atmospheric heat exchangers. Storage tanks supply networks or tanks of smaller capacity for low liquid temperatures.

¤ Sturdy construction, compact inner vessel of stainless-steel & outer vessel of carbon steel.
¤ Fitted with liquid level indicator, safety valves, pressure gauge, vacuum sensor, pressure build up valves & other fittings.
¤ Instruments suitably positioned for easy access and operation
¤ Suitable for transferring liquid gas as well as vapour gas at preset operating pressures to distribution pipe lines.
¤ Thermosyhon system for storage vessels ment for cylinder filling purposes to curb losses.
¤ All valves an.d safeties are in accordance with standard codes and approval is granted from CCE.
¤ Entire vessel is epoxy painted-white.
